Is one-off fee for every Account modification that doesn't upgrade Account:

Spending fee
Spending fee is calculated as percentage of spending made on SIM cards used. Spending can be made by:
Sending and/or receiving Premium SMS
Sending standard rate SMS
Browsing mobile internet (data traffic)
Direct Carrier Billing payments
SIM card balance check (depending of network)
USSD payments
Recurring charge (Premium SMS and/or Direct Carrier Billing)
Heavy usage fee
We use real physical sim cards. While you use it, no one else can. If you do happen to need the card for more than 2 hours per session, a heavy usage fee will be charged - 25% on top of your monthly subscription fee.
Open subscription fee
User is obligateed to STOP all recurring payments (subscriptions). Recurring costs made on SIM cards caused by unclosed subscriptions will be charged additionally, increased by a processing fee od €30 per each event.
